At Navin Route, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note: Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your order number, product details, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
  3. Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days to confirm your return eligibility and provide further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Navin Route will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet, as agreed upon during the return process.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items sold under final sale or clearance categories
  • Products not in their original condition or packaging
